Most items ship the same or next day after you place your order. We offer free USPS shipping within the continental U.S.A. Your order will come via USPS Ground with no shipping charges (except where noted for heavy weight or product exceptions that include additional freight). We use UPS and Fedex for heavier items. This free shipping offer is only valid for orders placed that will ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. For any other shipping method or shipments to other destinations outside of the continental U.S.A., standard shipping rates will apply. At this time, we offer shipping to the lower 48 states of America only. While we do offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Canada, United States Territories, APO, FPO, PO Box, and International, please contact us for any additional shipping charges.

Extra Freight Items:
Some items contain additional freight based on their weight or size. Where applicable, extra/additional freight costs are indicated on our web site. These freight expenses continue to apply, even when your free shipping offer is in effect.

Shipments to P.O. Boxes, U.S. Military APO/FPO Addresses or Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands:
Our standard shipping method is via USPS Ground. Shipments to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses must ship via USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands must go via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Air. Please contact us regarding actual freight rates. For USPS Priority Mail shipments, shipping charges are dependent on the weight of your order to these destinations.

Easy Returns & Replacements
If you purchase from Allergy Care Stores and choose to return any of your items, you may do so within our 30-day return period. However, shipping and handling charges for your original order and the cost to return your items will not be refunded. Free Shipping Offer is only when you keep the order. All returned products must be in re-sellable condition.

How to Return:
 RMA numbers must be clearly displayed on the outside of your returned package. Packages returned to us without a valid RMA number will be "Returned To Sender".

All returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee as long as the product is returned in new, re-sellable condition. If you return an item that has been used, is not in the original manufacturers packaging, or missing any components such as instruction booklets, we reserve the right to deduct up to a 35% restocking fee from your refund. If you return an item that is past our 30 day grace period without prior approval, we will charge a 35% restocking fee from your refund. Please make sure to package the item back exactly how you received it, with all contents and components, including all packaging materials.

Order Cancellation:
We ship most orders within hours of receiving them. If you have to cancel an order, you will have to call us on the phone instead of emailing us, as many times by the time your email is read, it is too late to stop your order. If the shipment we send is refused delivery, we will deduct the cost of the shipment, and a 10% restocking fee from your refund. If we are not able to cancel an order before it ships, you may still return the order, however you will be responsible for the cost of the shipment, as well as the return shipment.

Refused Shipments:
In the event that you refuse your order upon delivery, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to your destination as well as the return shipping.

Damaged Shipments:
If your product is damaged in transit or defective upon arrival, we will exchange the product for you at no charge. We do request that if the package is received damaged, that you call us within 5 days of the shipment being received. If the damage is not reported within 5 days the order will be handled as a return/exchange according to our policy. If the damaged order is returned to us for a refund instead of an exchange, the order will be subject to our above return policy, including all fees associated with your return.

If the product breaks after our 30 day return policy, you will need to contact the manufacturer to find out the specific warranty for your product. will not be responsible for any warranty repairs after 30 days of the purchase.
